I sent a small package to Qingdau City from the United States and am receiving the below notices from United States' Parcel Service and China Postal tracking. Any idea what is needed to resolve this?
"Qingdao City needs to submit cargo declaration materials or handle return procedures"
"On hold Qingdao Ems"
It has been on hold since 01 August.

I want to know the dimensions and weight of this package? I was also wondering how much it costs to hold a package because I purchased something from an individual on eBay and he said he had you hold my package I paid for already, until he gets more money directly into his paypal account. And then told me it cost him 300 to hold the package but I don't believe that, I just wanted to know the weight, and size of the package because im sure I am being scammed LY614908772CN

Tracking shows this package in my small town of Vancouver wa for over a week now. What is the hold up? And when will it be delivered?
