My package has been at Sita processing centre since the 8th Every few days or so it says package arrived at Sita processing centre and it doesn’t seem to be moving could you tell me why please I don’t understand why it’s not been realesed

Hi Misspenny,

Sita processing centre refers to the processing center of the other country along the way to your country. As it's sent by train, it's very slow. It takes about 50-90 days to be delivered in normal. You'd better wait for it patiently.
