If it’s not in my country why is the seller from China saying it’s in my country now and shouldn’t be much longer I’m so confused,how long does it take to get from Sita to the uk because it’s been there since the 2nd mabye

It's sent by a slow way. It takes about 20-40 days to be reached. You'd better wait for another 20 days to see.
