My order from aliexpress EX216469185SG hasn't been updaterd for over a month since 15 april 2020. Should i open a dispute already on aliexpress?

It's still in transit to Indonesia now. You need to see the delivery deadline on AliExpress and open the dispute if you couldn't receive it in time.
