shows delivered but not received

Hi My package number is AM300702126CN, it shows it was delivered yesterday but i never received it, will i ever receive it? i tried contacting the seller but she did not respond.

Hi Simra gill,

According to the tracking information, AM300702126CN was delivered to WERRIBEE, VICTORIA 3030 on March 7. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
