Hi JordN,

It's delayed in Guangzhou. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Why is my package not moving? (1 reply)

My package hasn’t moved or updated in days. I’m worried that it’s stuck. It’s been in Shenzhen, China, and has not moved at all. I just want to make sure there’s no major issues, and that it’s just taking a little bit, as I’ve heard some horror stories of people having to pay extra just to get their package.

My package hasn’t moved for almost a week now and I am getting worried. (0 reply)

My package number is LV772440261CN and it last say the airline departures 6 day ago. I am getting worried now that it is lost. I am leaving on vacation in a month and am hoping it come before then. Please provide any updates
