Hello....I live in USA but purchased a guitar from Aliexpress to be shipped to my niece in the philippines. The guitar came to her broken. So we asked the seller to send her another un-broken guitar. The seller is telling us that he cannot because you have a freeze to ship to the philippines at this time. Is that true?
