Shipping to APO Japan

Hello, I am researching my option to get package that I order from taobao and Ping Do Do to a APO address. I am currently in Japan and only has a P.O. Box for my shipping address. Will China Post be able to deliver as it require the package to be handed to USPS to be deliver

I have a package from China LP076303514CN that is showing arrived in Japan, Kawasaki on June 5th reported by China post.
However I checked with Japan post and they confirmed that the package was not on the shipping container that arrived in Japan on June 5th. They said the package has not arrived in Japan and asked China post to investigate.
