It arrived in Chile on Feb.4. Correos Chile should deliver it to you recently.

I sent a package to China on 9/13/22. With the tracking number I see it arrived in Zhengzhou China on September, 30 and it is still there. Why doesn’t move?

It's not normal for it. You'd better let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11185 to check it for you.
