Shipping rates and how to Package

I have a carton 36*23.5*14.5CM ,Weight : 17KG . located in Zhe Jiang Province Li Shui City QingYuan County Song Yuan town WuDu Industrial Park Song Ping Road NO 10, Postal code 323000. Want to ship it to Lake Wales, Fl 33859 USA.
In the US we have a Program called "if it fits ships package rate" I am told that China has a reciprocal program. What are the Sizes, and rate restrictions per container? If my package exceeds your weight allowance per container, I could have it repacked into two containers.
Please advise me of the least cost method...............shipment time is of minor importance. Looking forward to your reply and recommendations. Regards, Tom

You can use China post large package service to send it to USA. The size is ok. You don't need to divide it into two.
If you use air, it may needs about half a month. By ship, it will need one or two months.

I don't know th program you mentioned, you'd better contact China Post by calling 11185 (press 8 for English service) to ask the price and more detailes.
