I want to ship a parcel weighing 4 kilograms from Taixing City, Jiangsu Province, China to Saint Louis, Missouri USA.

The parcel will be in the form of a tube 1 meter long by 100 centimeters in diameter.

What is the lowest price for shipping that you can give me and how long will the shipping take.

The lowest price for shipping it is about 150RMB by using China Post large package service via Surface. It usually takes two or three months to reach.

I'm not sure the price is right or not. Just found it online. Better go to the post office to ask again. By ship is the cheapest way.
