Shipping of laptops within China cities

Hi,
May I know how much will it cost and how long will it take for a delivery of a laptop from Beijing to Shanghai or Shenzhen to Shanghai.
The laptop package is about 3 kg and are there any restrictions of sending a laptop with batteries attached inside?

It couldn't be shipped through air. You can use Jing Dong Express to ship it. They usually wrap it perfectly. The shipping fee is about 30RMB. If you use their box, there will be additional fee. Just for your reference.
