The tracking number is LW456797860CN and the tracking has not updated since January 19th. Is it lost or delayed?

Hi Emilyh,

It left China around Jan. 20 and is still in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. To my experience, it should reach in the next week.
