Very Good Day;
I sent last August 14th, 2018 an order to china with the registration number RH240740204PT.
The shipment is well identified and complies with all packing, mailing and marking standards.
The item arrived in China on August 20, 2018, the recipient has never received any notification to handle the lifting or customs. There was no notification for withdrawal of the order that was held by ChinaPost.
I would like to know the location of my shipment sent, and how can the recipient in China find the goods to lift.
My carrier CTT Portugal indicates that you have already received the goods, but chinapost has not notified the sender nor the recipient to pick up or to handle any customs process.

But the item was sold from china to portugal, but came with a defect, and the seller from china asked to return the item back to china to be able to return the money I paid for the item.
This type of item is sold in china which for the Chinese market wants for export.
At this moment you know where to find the article? if it was sent to portugal, I would like to know in which country it is at this moment.

It left China on Sep. 25 and is on the way to Portugal now. It couldn't be tracked when it's on the way. There will be further update in tracking system when it arrives in Portugal. You'd better contact the seller to reflect problem and give you a solution.
I help you check this package and found it has been on the way back to you. It was returned back because it's not allowed to be imported in China.
