Hello, I have some question. My EMS tracking number is a EA481061051CN. When will be parcel dispatched to south korea? There is no tracking information after 2020/07/12 02:17.
Is there any problems to dispatch my item to south korea? I hope that my parcel will be dispatched to south korea within a short time from china.

It's still in Shanghai now. To my experience, it should be reached in the next week. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

I am having trouble shipping a toy gun/ replica gun that works similar to airsoft guns/ BB guns/ Air guns. Product comes with lithium ion battery as well. Shipping from Shantou/ Shenzhen to Australia and also USA.

1. Are there any customs/ shipping information that I should know about?
2. What safety certifications/ documents do I need to ship these items? (MSDS? UN38.3 certification? etc).
3. Will customs be an issue for replica/ toy guns?

Tracking number UE902823463CN was last updated on Mar. 4th. I was told there will be no more updates because the item was sent by China Post Ordinary Small Packet. Is there any way to know if it actually left China? My second issue: I'm thinking of re-ordering the item and having it sent International Standard shipping. Will the International Standard Shipping take just as long as the Ordinary Small Packet? Are parcels that are being shipped as International Standard Shipping actually leaving China yet? If so, do you know how many business days it will take for them to get to Canada? Thank you.
