It shows my package has arrived destination country and my item said postage paid I tried ordering the same thing before but found out it was a scam this could be also hope not. My question is could there still be a fee that needs to be paid still that was hidden

The fee should be charged by your local courier. You need to contact them to ask what kind of fees they charge. If the seller doesn't tell you the additional fee you need to pay, you need to require the seller to pay it for you.
