The status of my EV942666960CN shipment from China to Italy has been stopped for 30 days with the following wording: Handed over to Forwarding Agent for Transit. What happens? when will the shipment be released? thanks

Hi raffo.gls,

It's shipped by EMS. Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It's delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update.

I ordered a package and it has been stuck in the same location since the 19th of June. I get the message sorry logistics delay on aliexpress when I check the tracking. It was shipped more than a month ago and I wonder what has happened to my package as I can't find any information about a reason for logistics delay, where the package is or how long the delay can last.

My tracking number is AS846270826CN. I placed this order on October 30th and received a shipping notification on November 10th. It is now the 21st and the shipping status has not updated since the 15th, stating that it departed a collection point in Shenzhen. It doesn't even say if it's being held by customs or if there is a delay. What's going on?
