You can go to one of the China Post offices to ask if you could cooperate with them and get a cheaper cost. Also, there are many delivery companies offering EMS service to customers with cheap price. You can tell me the city you live, I'll help you find a reliable one.
If you use China Post large package to send it, 30kg needs about 2200RMB to Germany by air. If you use EMS, that would be much more expensive.
