To Kampala-Uganda by Air it costs 179.1 RMB Up to 1kg and 94.6RMB for every additional 1kg. (SAL is not supported).

But it has the Maximum Size limit: Greatest dimension should be less than 1.5 meters and the length + width should be less than 3 meters.
