have a package that I ordered in April 20, which I still do not have. When tracking the status is “shipping cancelled” on the 20/4/20.
Why is it cancelled. When will I get the package?

Hi Naomi Gibson,

There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just assigned a tracking code to the order on April 9 but hasn't handed it over to the post office. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.
