The shipping address is incorrect. Is there any way to have it corrected before it comes to the USA???

Hi Stephanie,

There is no way to change the address when it's en route to the USA. You can only try to contact USPS to change it when it arrives in the USA.

According to the tracking information, there appears to be an exception in the delivery process, as no recipient was found.
