Hi, my order EV950219751CN has been in transit for 18 days now. It says the flight departed on the 23rd of December, but I still have no update of arriving in the UK or the whereabouts of it. I’m beginning to get concerned, please help, thanks .

Hi whitecrystalx22x,

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
