I placed an order on July 4, 2020 and my last update was received on July 13, 2020 stating the package was “sent to airline.” Since then I have received no further updates. What is the status of my package and when can I expect it to arrive?

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in your country after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
