I have orders that say I have received, but I did not receive anything. Is there any way of tracking this to see who actually received my furniture and signed for it? Your help would be greatly appreciated!

The shipping LO538719223CN seems to be stuck. I didn't get any update for quite long, while other shippings using the same shipping method already arrived.
