I shipped parcel from Russia to China 2 months ago. Status is "In transit" and it doesn't change for about 2 months.Is it ok in this period? I'm worried :( RB005758322RU

It's normal. Due to the coronavirus, it's delayed. You'd better wait for more days to to get update.

Two months ago, I shipped a package (CP409298361CN) from China to India. "In transit" is the status, and it stays that way for about two and half months. Is it acceptable during this time?.

Hi Senthil,

It's stuck in HongKong. If you couldn't receive it in this July, it's not normal.
