Shipped 2 months ago.....still in China?

I ordered some shoes back March 28 that I still have not received. When I track the package it says a month ago it was about to fly to JFK airport and that's the last I've heard of it. Tracking number LY068694708CN please help me. The merchant on eBay said it was sent. The package says it was sent but I'm still waiting 2 months later???? Is my package lost? Is there a email or phone number I can call to ask the carrier what's going on with it? Is this normal?

It is normal, it’s probably because of the virus most likely, some people have waited 4 months apparently.. hope for the best and I wish you the best.

It left China on May 8 and is en route to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.
