Shipments haven’t updated in 11 days. Any info on their status?

So I have 2 packages. I haven’t had any updates on their tracking for 11 days now. Can someone help please?

Hi nickvargas,

They were handed over to airline on April 5 and are in transit to Greece now. There is no tracking information when they are in the middle locations. There will be update when they arrive.
