My shipment from China to UAE Ref# EV982555128CN showing that it passed UAE customs nine days ago and till date I didn’t receive the shipment in my address

UU102263965 when will this package come to me assuming that the shipping form China to UAE is open.Is it open yet??

According to the latest tracking information, it couldn't pass the customs check and is still stuck at the customs now. You couldn't receive it. What you need to do now is to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

As per the tracking the shipment# EV982555128CN already passed UAE customs long time back and 11 days passed since the shipment arrived to UAE and still I didn’t get it!!!
