Shipment Stuck for days in Gouangzhou

I paid express shipping thru FedEx and upon tracking my package has been sitting in Gouangzhou for 6 days now. I wanna know what’s going on and when will it be shipped here in United States? Can you pls provide an estimated time of arrival?
