My item has been stuck for a month now. Another tracking site says “received by carrier” 28 days ago. No updates since then. Would appreciate any help!

Hi Kyle,

It was received by airline on Nov.25 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello, i sent a shipment from japan to a forwarding company in china but the shipment is stuck in the customs since 8th of Nov. "no one there to pay the tax nor customs clearance"
i contacted EMS China many times about the shipment status and when it will return to the seller in japan and they told me many times that " it will return after 1 Month "

but today my shipment completes its 44 days..

without any updates and i need a help..
so please help me with this Tragedy.

I ordered my package about a month and it still has not arrived. It has been stuck at Guangzhou International mail processing center for a month. Oder number is CY002254095CN.
