Hi I have the following tracking number LV310161155CN. I have not got any updates sfter 12 days now. The last update was on november 27th saying tat it departed regional sorting center in Beijing City. It it lost already? Should I contact the vendor?

It's delayed in China. It was delivered to the carrier transport on Nov.8 and takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Mexico after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
