This is the second time I have asked about package number AT484289982CN and I have not received an answer to my questions. I do not want to think that anyone wants to take responsibility for this possible fraud by the seller? I want to know the name of the transport company and contact telephone number (WhatsApp or email address.

As long as a signed delivery document is not presented, the seller is responsible for the loss, however eBay tells me that the refund of the amount is not applicable, because the seller claims that it arrived. We have got many fraud similar to your case. The seller shipped some junk to another address in your city. Cheater did this shipping action because cheater needs a "delivery " tracking result to claim payment from victim's credit card bank (Banks usually require seller to provide a shipping proof before releasing money to vendor). Please call your bank and report fraud asap.

In your first reply mentioning my shipment details which I have already seen in tracking with tracking number AM099867828CN. Since the shipment was received by china post and delivery some where in Yanbu it mean shipment was there with china post. How you are saying ask back seller give another tracking number or ask back for refund. Whereas china post received it and provide the details in tracking status, which means china post delivered it in Yanbu on wrong location. Why china post did not called me once it arrived in Yanbu. Usually we receive phone call from carrier once it arrives in designated city they make the delivery of shipment.
Your answer have no logic. Please share china post contact number in Saudi Arabia to call and check where is my shipment delivery. Thank you
