Shipment not moving since March

Hi, I wan to know where is my package. I didn't move til March. Why is that, shipments from Hong Kong are coming to my country for some time. All airports are working and open, but China post 0 points. Why is this? When can I expect the package to arrive?

Hi Amer,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach. As it has been over three months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
