I am writing to you to inquire about shipment no. AT649407706CN. The tracking shows that there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt on February 27 at 2:27 pm local time in Italy. Since I do not live at the shipping address, you should deliver the package to the concierge, which however is closed at that time. The concierge is open in the morning from 8:30 to 12:00 or in the afternoon between 15:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday (on Saturday only between 8:30 and 11:00).
