the shipment in question appears to have been delivered but I have not received anything. How can I contact the courier who was responsible for the delivery? Thank you.

Hi Maurizia Bonandrini,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Italy. Then, use the number to check with Italy post about the address they delivered to.
