Hi Manuel,

It should have left China on March 29. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

Hello, I have a problem with a shipment sent from Bulgaria to an address in China with the number RI 293128254BG. The shipment from 11/27/2023 is sitting in Guangzhou and the addressee does not receive it /reference on the Global Packing Tracking site/.
