I ordered a dress from Envion Fashion on 28 January 2020, and it has been two months but I still not get anything. My order number is LO838877284CN. When I check the status, the last day they worked on my order were 29 February and until now, I do not receive any more information about that. Can I please know about my order? Thank you.

It has left China and is in transit to Canada now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to see.
