and the update I have it says its shipment leaves processing centre close to my address but it has been nearly a week I havent received the item.
the processing centre does not exist because I live in the area ?

I have been waiting for a parcel with a tracking number of AM240346031CN since the 7th of December. My parcel has not been updated since the 16th of Dec.
When it did finally get updated on 21st Dec it says 'shipment arrives at processing centre' what does this mean and how long will i receive my parcel within?
Can you kindly please let me know there is a parcel that was dispatched by the sender and China Post have a parcel in transit for delivery to me in the UK.
