I have a parcel shipped to China from Canada by air in July. It has been 2 months but still has not arrived. Is it normal to take that long? Thanks.

Hi Angela,

Packages take a long time usually 2 months to reach Canada. If you couldn't receive it in 80 days, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
