I’m here 29 days waiting for my shipment and it has not arrived yet. Can I have some info about it please? (Tracking code EV936108335CN)

Hi Veronica T,

It's in transit to Italy now. To my experience, it should be reached in 20 days and there will be update. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hi Veronica,

It's at the airport of the other country now. It takes about another 10-20 days to reach Italy to my experience.
