Shipment - AT537605865CN - no further updates from 2nd November

Can you please advise if the package is lost ? On 2nd November it cleared customs but with no further updates, I tried contacting the sender but he cannot provide any assistance, I can't find a contact for Amsterdam customs to ask.

It's not normal. To my experience, it has been lost in Malta. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
