Shein clothes

Hi. I’ve ordered some clothes from shein. The package was split into three smaller packages and two of them already arrived. But one package still didn’t. The tracking order information is saying “ arrived at the airport of destination, clearance in proces”, but it’s already has been a week and a tracking info still didn’t change ( since 02/02/21 and today is 02/09/21). Here is my tracking number YT2102521266004513, so please if you would be able to tell me what’s going on with my last package I would be really thankful

hey, my shein order hasn't arrived and it says it was supposed to arrive on the 13th of August but it's the 16th today. My tracking number is BUFZA3070146420YQ
