I’ve been waiting for quite sometime for my items. LZ000170234CN Obviously there is a backlog at the Shanghai Sorting Centre. Can you please update me on the progress of the delivery and when more flights will be leaving Shanghai for the United Kingdom.

Hi! i'll cancel my parcel with a tracking number of 201007PCNAVKB8. The store already and shoppe told me to contact with you to cancel my parcel and returned it to the seller

What's the courier for 201007PCNAVKB8? It's not a China Post tracking number. It's hard for you to contact the courier. Also, if it has been shipped, it couldn't be cancelled.

Please i would like to know the status of my shipment it is showing that it left beijing on 28 January 2021 to Riyadh but until now no update tracking number is EV741370282CN

Thank you very much for your help really but why it is written also that it left from OutWard office to Riyadh on 28/01/2021 and if its still in Shanghai when do you think it will arrive?

It arrives in UK on May 30. Royal Mail will deliver it to you recently.
