Several packages have not been delivered

Hello I run a dropshipping site and order many products from Aliexpress. I currently have several orders that have not been delivered. Some have been over a month and a half. When I check the tracking it says it is in transit to outbound country however that was in mid to early May. How can I get more information on my packages and shipping details?

Hi peter n,

Packages are greatly delayed due to the coronavirus, most of them may takes about 30-60 days to be delivered. You can only wait for more days to get update.

Hello, I bought several ukuleles one after the other from Amazon from September 23rd, 2023 with the following ChinaPost tracking numbers:
AT044996010CN, AT045266581CN, AT053759623CN, AT052277430CN (two more packages for me are still on the way). I would like to receive all of these packages even though the seller has already issued me a credit against my express request due to alleged shipping problems.

I have two packages (AS810668777CN, AQ219712290CN) that say they were delivered both on the the same day. Both package packages have not been delivered. where are you getting this status from, and where were these delivered to. The Seller says to contact my local post office. I did, they have no record. what is going on? I see lots of these types of complaints from CHINA EMS.
