Server busy

I'm trying to track a package with tracking number LW361287963CN but every time I enter the number, it says server is busy. How am I able to track it?

I'm trying to track a package that was supposed to be delivered May 29th and if delayed then expected June 5th which is today. Package has not arrived and every attempt to check tracking leaves me with "server busy" no matter what time of day or week I check. I'm getting pissed off and will have to ask for my money back on item if it doesn't arrive today!
