I have sent a return package to china and I have been told it left Guangzhou import office 2 weeks ago, this seems very strange as the destination is in Guangzhou so I thought it would be much faster to reach final destination by now. PayPal will not give me my refund until package is delivered with delivery updates.

It has been in China on Jan.23. If it's stuck for a long time, you need to let the receiver call China EMS service number 11183 to reflect the problem and get a solution. It's not moved may due to the address problem.
