This is regarding tracking number LY006990643SE which seems to be stuck at China Post Customs.
It has been sent to the wrong country, the adress is a US adress. Could you please send it on to USA, that id change country from China to USA?

PostNord Sweden can’t do anything about a parcel that is stuck in China customs, they told me to contact you! Please advise of what you have done with the parcel with tracking ID LY006990643SE

Hi Susan Grant,
It's hard for you tco contact China Post from Sweden. We are only a tracking platform for packages. What we got is it's planed to leave China and not sure the destination. PostNord Sweden should contact China Post for you as they are the courier that is in charge of delivering the package for you.

As you requested I spoke to PostNord. They however have no information and cannot do anything since the parcel has arrived in China and is in care of China Post. So please advise what you have done with my parcel? It has not been delivered.

As it has been over two months that it's still not delivered. You need to let PostNord Sweden to compensate you. It has the chance of lost.

I have contacted PostNord but they cannot do anything. We need to know where you have sent the parcel after it was stuck in Chinese customs. Have you returned it to Sweden ? There is no information in the tracking log. Please give us an update on what you have done with the parcel as you said it was sent on to USA.

Hi, the original courier was PostNord to China. After that it got stuck in China customs and was sent by China Post to either Sweden or USA. I do not know which courier that China Post has used, or where you have sent it!
