I sent a item (wig) back to Hong Ling Zhou, 1201 No 3Fang mi 61139 Fuzhou, whoever District,Qiado, Ching. My custom Declaration/ tracking# is LC475576455US For some reason they won't answer me when I emailed [email protected], they will not answer me or send my money$145.00 + $22.75. I am hoping you can help me track these people. I would like my money or send me a wig of my choice that looks the same as advertised, because I sent the other one in question back because it was not what was shown

Where do you buy it? From eBay, aliExpress or Amazon? If you can't get connected to the seller, you should open a dispute to the platform where you bought the wig. They will let the seller return back your money back.

As your package sent back to her belongs to USPS first class mail, it couldn't be tracked in China. So, we couldn't track if she has got it or not. If she got it, she should send your money back. There is no way for us to contact her, you can only try to email her again and again.

Please help me. I keep emailing this company and they just totally ignore my emails. I have emailed them several times as you suggested. It's a damn shame that a company would rip off customers in this way. It would be well appreciated if they would answer me. Being that they are so desperate for money, the least they can do is make some kind of arrangements. Because I should have sent it first class, but didn't, they can just rip me off?
