Sending dresses back cost £15 to send them back from post office did not no of any cheaper way as the was no return form inside refund please and no more information sent back on 3 10 2017

Hello. My parcel EA367332935CN came to Russia on December, 20. However parcel wasn't delivered and without going to storage facility it was sent back to China?
