Sending belonging

My belongings (3 boxes with total weight no more than 20 kg)are in the university dormitory in Shanghai, NOBODY can send them for me from there. Can the member of your staff come there and take my belongings?

You need to ask a friend in Shanghai for help to take them to the post office to send them to you.

--- What is the procedure? I am a Singaporean citizen living in Chongqing for seven years but going back to Singapore this month April 28.

As my check-in luggage exceed the max 30kg given by silkair, part of my personal belonging is sent via China Air Post. Estimate at 40kg.
